On this project we were the general contractor. We coordinated and hired all of the subcontractors. Our scope of work on this project was the removal of existing deteriorated copper roofing and substrates. We installed new plywood, underlayment, and copper roofing. We also designed and manufactured the shadow line feature on the roof to match the original design. The roof size on this project is 18,000 sqft. We completed this project on time and under budget.
